Never run before and don’t know where to start? Nervous about getting out there on your own? Have some running experience, but want to run as part of a group? Lost your motivation?
Whatever the reason we have beginners and intermediate groups available in the local area. These small, friendly groups operate in 6 week blocks. The beginners block is a 6 week progressive programme designed to build a running fitness base. You are encouraged to work at your own pace. The groups are really friendly and are not competitive. Everyone has their own goal. The intermediate group is for those that run continuously for 20 minutes or more. The sessions include a variety of different training to continue your progression. There is then the option to move into the third group....

Run & Tone
Get your weekend off to a great start with a mix of running intervals, toning and core exercise. This group operates in 4 week blocks (£16 per block)

We know that everyone is different. Your Personal Training journey begins with your consultation. This is an opportunity for me to learn more about you and for us to set realistic goals together. The next time we meet the training begins! Its important that you get the most from our sessions, therefore your feedback is essential. We will regularly monitor your training and progress, ensuring you are staying motivated and moving in the right direction. Remember, I will be with you every step of the way. Training can take place in the great outdoors, in your home or garden. My training studio will be available in the near future.... watch this space! Personal Training takes place on one-to-one, buddy or group training basis.

Sports Massage therapy helps to relieve both the physical and physiological tensions caused by a busy lifestyle. It is not just sports related, the benefits of this therapy will be felt by anyone suffering from a condition that restricts what they do. Examples are back ache, sprains, strains, fatigue, tension and high blood pressure.
The service involves an individual client assessment, which includes medical history, as well as the current condition. This is followed by the correct treatment to address the pain and assist the bodys repair process. Advice is given to help speed up return to function and minimise the risk of re-injury.

Please note that the initial treatment will cost £35 and last for 1 hour. This will include medical history, assessment and evaluation. The actual massage time will be reduced for the first session.

There are 2 different types of classes.
Walk and Talk
Dont be fooled by the name, this class is still an exercise session! We focus on your posture, core muscles, cardio intervals and toning work. (£2/£3 per session)
Full Buggy Workout
1 hour exercise class. An intense version of the Walk and Talk. This class includes resistance band exercises to tone. Floor work when weather permits. Be prepared to burn energy and work those muscles. Come and try your first session for £5, after which you can join up and become a member.
