Here's what you say...

I joined Buggy Active a couple of months after having my daughter and immediately loved it. What could be better than easing yourself back into exercise, in the fresh air, with the always enthusiastic Zoe? I love the ability to take my baby with me and that Zoe takes such good care of the little ones while we tackle the steps. Once I felt stronger and needed something more I joined Zoe's intermediate running group. I love it! Running alone is completely dull to me so I love having a chat with the others and there's always someone in front to aim for. Zoe pushes you to do more but without shouting like some "bootcamps" I have seen. This year, I will run a 10k in under an hour, my New Year's resolution, with the group's help. To say that Zoe has changed my life sounds over the top, but she has. I now look forward to running days, feel happier when I look in the mirror and enjoy my little breaks from being a Mummy. I've caught the bug. The fitbug! Lynn, Leigh-on-Sea

My son was 7 weeks old when I first joined Zoe’s buggy workout class & not only did I get fitter & healthier, I felt happier & as a result so was my son. He is now nearly 4 years old but I go along to the class on my own whilst he is at pre school. I love the fact that Zoe is able to work me really hard without the buggy but in the nicest possible way. Zoe is by far the friendliest fitness instructor I know & the classes are always fun with her. I’m now pleased to call Zoe my friend (I didn’t know her before I joined), not just my fitness instructor!

After having my first baby I found it very difficult to lose my baby weight and this affected both my self esteem and my self confidence. So I bit the bullet and went along to Zoe's running club for beginners and have never looked back. I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have ever done. Not only did I get fit, but my self confidence and self worth grew and I've met some amazing people along the way! The groups are a good size and Zoe gives you the belief and determination that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I'd like to personally thank Zoe for helping me achieve something I never thought would have been possible a year ago - me running and enjoying it! I am pregnant with my second child and cannot wait to start running again once I am able to with Fitbugs.

I started Zoe's beginners running group a few months after my 3rd child and I couldn't run at all. Fast forward 6 weeks and with Zoe's fantastic advice and help I could run 20 minutes and now nearly 2 years on I still go to her intermediate classes Wednesday night and can run with ease. She really is a great teacher, as she builds you up slowly and encourages you along the way and shes such a lovely, happy lady that you feel completely comfortable around her.

I have also been going to her Boxercise class for nearly a year and that is also really good, you feel like you have had a great workout after.

I started running with Zoe having never run before. I wanted to shed my baby weight! Over 2 years later I am still at it and thoroughly enjoying myself. I even ran the Southend half marathon. Zoe is a fantastic mentor and the girls that run on a wednesday evening are a great bunch - I've made some good friends.

Kickstart on a saturday morning does what it says on the cover and certainly sets me up for the weekend!

I've participated in many different excercise activities in the past and running beats them all hands down. If I'd realised the natural buzz in earlier years I would have saved myself many a hangover!
